Tomorrow starts my fourth week. I've had my breaks and I've had my over eating binges BUT I have always got right back on. never did this before. I pray for the willingness to be willing, and God's help to show me what i should be doing.
Franks doing great with the food. He's trimmed down but the scale only showed 3 pounds. Somethings working and he just eats what he's supposed to.
