I am happy with 0.8 I was hoping for at least 1 pound, but this is close enough. Even if I can do this every week to get rid of this last 17 pounds, I'll be happy. I have to come to terms with the fact that it's not going to come off the way it did in the beginning. I'm not going to lose 8 lbs in one week, with only this little bit to go. Onward and upward... (but, I hope the scale goes downward...)

I hear you on the slowness of the "last" pounds to come off!!! You've done so well with nearly 50 pounds gone! Gotta just keep on plugging away, staying on plan, and those final pounds WILL eventually drop.
