No excurses! I have fallen away the last 2 1/2 months, started back to school, had a death in my family, and thought I didn't have the time or energy. It is amazing I only gained 3.6lbs, though I was trying to be sensible as much as possible. I have bought my tickets for my Christmas holiday, just over 2 months to go and I won't be that fat American!
