Hey everyone well it's another day, I have decided I am probably going to take a break from the gym for a couple of weeks I am still going to do my nightly strenth training exercizes (lunges, squats, pushups, situps, crunches). I may run every now and then but I am definitely taking a break. We are nearing the end of our deployment (Iraq) so I will be concentrating on getting out of here. That means I'll have to stay in phase 1 a little bit longer, I technically only have 7 days left, but without regular exercize I'm pretty sure low carb is the way to go... I really hope I stick with it.
Breakfast: eggs, sprinkle of cheese, tomatoes, canadian bacon 233 cal, 11 fat, 2 carbs
Snack: 3 slices canadian bacon, 55 cal, 2 fat, 0 carb
Snack 2: 9 raisins 12 cal, 0 fat, 3 carbs (not worth it)
I also really need to cut down on the fat, but I really want a salad today for lunch with ceaser dressing and I think I will.... I may have to give up my peanut butter for it :( (can you believe there is 10 grams of fat in 21 grams of peanut butter)
Lunch: Grilled chicken, collard greens 94 cal, 0 fat, 6 carbs
Snack: 15 walnuts 185 cal, 18 fat, 5 carbs
Dinner: Turkey salad, tomatoes, cheese (very little), onions, 2 tablespoons ceaser dressing, 10 croutons, tomatoes, 283 cal, 22 fat (scary), 5 carbs
Total: 862 cal, 53 fat, 21 carbs
so much for cutting back on fat.... :(
