Doctor said last week that sugars were up past 6., so still need to do more fruits, vegies, and exercise. Started walking the track at the park 3x/wk; trying to work it up to 5x. It's about a 12 minute walk. Now that winter is setting in, that will be hard to have natural F&V w/o the sugar. Not diabetic & don't wanna be.
