Thanks guys......trying to workout more for harder and longer....eventullay came to the 3km bench mark on my trojan cycle this morning at level 3 endurance.....proud of myself. can see that I am getting fitter and better as the highest my haert rate is going up is to 139 and leveling at 93....one of these days I will actually be running my 5km parkrun and not walk it anymore.
