I consumed less calories today than yesterday (by far)...I think. It doesn't seem too bad at this point (the whole calorie counting thing). Of course, there are moments where I feel like I can't really appreciate a meal cause I'm overly concerned with what's in my meal. I expect that will change in time. Also, I heard that it's okay to eat one "large" meal per day; I guess we'll see if that's true.
