Day 1.... yesterday i got on a scale and it said 291....i just couldnt believe it. so- today marks the day. starting to walk and eating better. i already got a big cup of water instead of my coffee today :) my weight is a result of depression and i need to kick it into gear. I have changed a LOT of things about me this year to improve and this is just another step. so BRING IT ON! :D i would LOVE to make some friends on here to help each other through our rough times. please dont be shy :)
