Egads...what a horrible food day. I had 3 protein bars and one Lara Bar. YIKES!!!! At least I managed to squeeze in a good dinner.
Ok...and reset my calorie intake today. On days I do cardio I should be getting closer to 1800, not 1500 calories. This should be fun! Some days I just can't eat any more. Will have to make my breakfast heavier because that is when I am the hungriest.
