hi there, i ate steak too, with salad. But i ate only 75 grams of steak, and i did no potatobased products on the side. and ofcause no sauces... 222 kCal.
you are not alone!!! Look at the many many people here struggling with the same problem... you lost 8 and a half kilo... wouldn't it be a dreadfull shame to have done all that hard work for none???

Hi! Since you like steak, why not turn it to your advantage and eat on the low carb or Atkins type plan! You can then eat steak often!! And, you can even eat a pumpkin flax muffin (not as sweet as a pumkin roll but sure tastes good when you have not been eating bread or sweets!).
