Ate really well yesterday, I knew my period was coming and usually that makes me absolutely starving, but I only ate 1275 calories. My sodium content was really high yesterday, plus started my period this morning so I was pretty bloated this morning. Going to try to keep the sodium content lower once the gumbo leftovers are gone.
