I am looking for a buddy to encourage me and spur me on when I am having a bad day. I work with 14 girls who often bring cakes chocs etc into work. so far so good I haven't tucked in. I'm not weighing too often. it doesn't seem to be dropping off very quickly.

Yes that's a huge temptation this happens to me all the time. I take little tubs of prepped meals, treats and if temptation too much I eat alone or tuck into one of my own treats but it requires discipline lol

Totally in a similar boat! The cake cabinet is near my desk. Grrrrr! But here I am doing my best. And this time, my best is more than good enough! Or at least I aspire to be more focused!
