Very happy the weekend is finally here... and that this is a pay week. I've decided I'm only going to record my weigh in's once a week. I don't think recording it every day is beneficial. I'm up .4 from yesterday and I'm not comfortable with recording a gain, when I don't think it's a true gain. I think it's just the clothes I'm wearing today. My mind is made up, I'll weigh myself everyday just to make sure I'm on target, but only record my weigh in on Thursday of each week (wearing the same thing).

This has been a very stressful week. Husband still has not gotten back to work, I had a very busy week at work, kids have very hectic schedules with school, homework, and sports. My youngest had a pretty bad cold which he seems to finally be getting over... (Sigh) With everything going on - the stress, the running around, the neverending pile of laundry - I still got to the gym 4 nights this week. I have really been slacking since the kids went back to school. No more excuses, if I managed this week no reason why I can't make the time for it every week.

Best of luck to all of you this weekend with all of your efforts and determination, you will be closer to your goals in no time. And for those of us who slip up, no big deal. Just forgive yourself and get back to it!

Hope things get a little better for you this week.....stress is such a pain....you did well getting to the gym hard to do with a busy family.....congrats with that. It was hard for me not to weigh every day try to do it only a couple of times a week now. Great Monday for you......and the rest of the week.

Thank you so much! I did cave and weigh myself this morning (first time since Friday morning). It was good news and I'm not going to cave and weigh myself again until Thursday - I hope! =) You have a great week too!
