Just a side note...I notice that even though I'm not counting calories on Atkins, my calories are lower than they are when I am trying to count calories! Interesting.

Also, I went to the gym today and all the trainers complimented me! It was like a dream...I never thought I would be a regular in a gym and trainers would be complimenting me on my progress and great I look! I can hardly wait until I weigh in and measure on Wednesday. I am going to definitely update all my friends on fatsecret!
