So I wasn't able to give up the nuts, there just sooo good and almonds are my favorite 15 almonds is not that bad at all let's just hope I can keep my grubby hands off of them for the rest of the day....

Snack: peanut butter 123 cal, 10 fat, 4 carbs
Dinner: turkey w/ tomatoes and cucumbers 133 cal, 1 fat, 8 carbs
