I have a new plan in mind that I am going to attempt. Since my own diet does not seem to be working all that well, perhaps I will look through all my magazines and other books to develope both a new exercise routine and eating plan. While evaluating this whole situation maybe I am expected too much in to short a time frame. Come to think of it I have been yo-yo dieting for so long that maybe my body is just rebelling at the moment. Besides that I have to keep reminding myself that if it comes off slowly it is more likely to stick this time, or maybe I will find a place that my body is comfortable in and will want to stick at. Afterall all I have to do is look at my mom who although is heavy set she is healthy and has maintained the same body weight for about 20+ years. So in theory.... I can tone my muscles and loose the fat, but there is nothing I can do to change my actual bone structure. Really does anyone want to be a twig? I think I would rather be a healthy, strong and substancial tree trunk. :)
