Well that's Easter for you it does that a,
im still here just don't get on much gone slack l think. Having trouble with my sugar levels (their ok just not where l would like them to be), so l am making my own fermented vegetables sauerkraut, kimchi and the like l went silly and bought a mad Millie crock, good food in the gut may help. All the best and keep plugging away don't get discouraged cliff
