8.9kg down since starting the Well I Am challenge 32 days ago (yes, I had a 2 day head start as all my weigh ins were done by then).
8.9kg in 32 days. Insane right. 28.4kg in 2 years.
My once favourtie jeans that fitted perfectly 4 weeks ago, is now being held up with a safety pin.
I never thought that me, a girl with thighs, could achieve something so phenomenal. Size 44 to 36.
My trainer has me promised that I won't climb on the scale for at least two weeks - big problem as I don't cheat with food, but I am addicted to the scale.
I have been so disciplined, that the take out food that a colleague bought for me, has gone into the freezer for my cheat meal on Saturday. I get up when I am exhausted to go do my fasted cardio - because why - results.
I have 70 more days on this challenge, and I am giving it my all. I'm curious to see what my results will be like in 2 weeks time. Will keep you posted.....

@Saige18 - look up Well I Am - it is 100 days of healthy eating. They provide you with eating plans and exercise plans. It is probably the best challenge I have participated in. Costed me R550 in the beginning, but then I had a health assessment done by Dischem, received a R400 worth hamper (Welcome Kit). You have this motivational tool - social network type of environment where you meet other people. Tomorrow (9 April) - Well I Am has a meet and greet at the Moses Mabhida, for 2 hours of education on nutrition, fitness and still a goodie bag - all because I signed up. I feel like I have gained more than what I paid for, and the results, AMAZING! I promise, after the 100 days are complete, I will post my before and after photo.
Thank you Kelly & Nicki
