Then I lost it again great I hate daily fluction of weight but I'm weighing in daily so I can attempt to figure out what is working a what isn't but yesterday I had burger king the day before I had what I though was a health sandwich and salad so what I think is healthy and what is are really different I need to try it again and see how things go... But I'll wait till I drop more weight. Before doing so.
