Then I lost it again great I hate daily fluction of weight but I'm weighing in daily so I can attempt to figure out what is working a what isn't but yesterday I had burger king the day before I had what I though was a health sandwich and salad so what I think is healthy and what is are really different I need to try it again and see how things go... But I'll wait till I drop more weight. Before doing so.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Any kind of restaurant food will be loaded with sodium (no matter how many calories) and can cause water retention in some.
