I started working with a trainer once a week in August 2009. As of today, we have met 9 times. I also workout by myself twice a week usually. I started Atkins on Nov. 9th, but I was already cutting back to between 1800-2300 calories. My highest weight was 375. I lost weight using OA and changing my eatting patterns over the last 10 years, but once I let OA and other issues came up, I started gaining again. I had gotten down to 275 in 2005. Sad to see where I am now with my weight, but so glad to see that I am making progress. I lost 10 pounds already in three months. Once I reach my goal of getting under 300 to 299 by my birthday, I will set new goals. I am making life changes mainly because I am going to be a parent one day soon and I have diabetes and high blood pressure. I want to live a long time to raise my children.
