I got the Extreme Fat Smash book to check it out although I am on Day 46 of the original Fat Smash Diet. Thought I would look at it as I am not losing any weight. I can't even call it a plateau as I haven't even barely lost weight yet. I think my body has just adapted really well to eating better and I am holding still. I still need to lose at least 15-20 pounds. Probably need to add in more exercise but I do the best that I can right now. So I read the first week of food for the extreme and it sounds comparable to the original. I think it's just adding in a lot more exercise which seems to be the issue for me right now. I will try to put a meal plan together hopefully over the weekend and see if I can do it. It says you can lose 12 pounds in the 3 weeks. That would be great, thats more than I have lost on the original in 6 weeks.

I'm all for upping exercise! That way you build up lean muscle mass that helps you burn calories and help you look fabulous as well! Good luck!

I am in the Extreme plan as well! It does have alot of exercise but I strongly believe you need exercise AND diet to make it work and this plan has it all:) I have about 15 lbs to lose as well so here's hoping it lives up to its claim!
