Happy Easter

I was worried about today but I planned ahead and I am watching portions. I love ham,but only eat it twice a year only because I swell and retain so much fluid. Depriving myself will only lead to binging later on. So I am going to have a little ham,and instead of the mashed potatoes I will have a sweet potato with no butter added and will omit the sweet bread.

I am not going to stress because I know my weight will go up for a couple of days until I flush that extra sodium retention. I hope everyone has a happy weekend. PEACE
