I am losing my mojo. I haven't worked out in a week. I ran out of sessions with my trainer and haven't even made an attempt to do it alone. I need to do something to get my act back on track. I do not want to do like i always do and lose, then gain it all back. I even went to Cracker Barrel last night.....I ate a chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and even had a biscuit with apple butter. TOTAL CHEAT! Quick, i need an intervention!!!!!!! Today, I am making up for it. I will make up for that crap and get back on track. I will do this! Now, i need to just text my trainer and schedule some time this week with her. Damn you will power.......Oh who am I kidding...damn you.
