Today I went to my Dr.s appointment (1 month follow up) I had weight 247 at his office that day and today I weight in at 243! Both my wife and I have been working on getting my numbers down. I believe that this is helping me achieve my goals. I feel good about this program by writing down my intake and also my activity. Thank you all!

Luna you keep on working on it, and it will pay off for you. I know, I have so many different doctors. Healthcare skyrockets in price for old guys like us, that spend the rest of their life in a doctor's office.

Awesome - losing one pound a week is very healthy and they say slow losses are more permanent
|
HCB is correct; " slow losses are more permanent".
