been on fs for almost a month.lost weight and inches.gone down 3 pants sizes.very helpful having this place to record data.makes me accountable.hard to get back to exercise when away from it for a couple days.i am sure tomorrow i will put in my normal moderate-30 min.low carb eating is going well.
