Loving how I'm eating. I had a chocolate chip cookie from subway tonight and was still under my calorie count. Just amazed that I can still treat myself and watch what I'm eating. Wonderful feeling.

The saying "Everything in Moderation" is very true. Don't hold yourself back from the things you like. It is possible to incorporate them into a diet plan. I'm happy it's working out for you. Keep up the great work! :)

It is a wonderful feeling to eat things "not so go for you" and stay under your calorie count! Snacking is my downfall. I found out, however, that when I log everything, I still eat things I like and do well. When I'm not logging...I'm eating whatever whenever! You are doing a great job and I appreciated the support you have giving me in return!

Me too. It's so easy to under estimate what we eat. We've done it for so long it's very simple to fall back into the habit.
