I took my measurements today,although I was not happy it's time to get honest. I figure since the scale doesn't always move downward,the tape might be a little kinder.
Been keeping up with all my mini challenges,including no cheese. My son came in today with dz. of Dunkin donuts.AAARGGH!! ,so I cut a Boston cream in half. I am not goig to beat myself up over it because it could of been way worse like2 3x worse.
I have always been an emotional/stress eater and with my Aunt passing today I am holding on tight

I am sorry about your Aunt! I get this totally. I figure it is better to have some then none! When I had started a diet in the past the tenant brought home pizza and my son did! Now it is just me and the cat.
