It was a wee delay...
I've started Shortcut to Shred today.
Monday 14/03...after 6 weeks I WILL BE (touch the wood)lean with body fat mass 16%.
Weight 55.6 kg

The Stoppani Shortcut to shred program includes:
3 phases - 6 weeks
During of all 3 phases:
Protein: 1.5 g per pound
Fat: .05 g per pound
CARBS:
Phase 1, Week 1: 1.5 g per pound
Phase 2, Week 2-3: 1 g per pound
Phase 3, Week 4-6: 0.5 g per pound

Plus Workouts with cardio acceleration 6 days per week and HIIT cardio in the morning every 2 days.
