Well I failed yesterday with my WOE but I did find I could add eggs to my selection of foods without hurting my mouth too much. So I'm going to try again today with a different selection of foods. Sure wish some kind of dried beans were on the list because their pretty soft.
I'm pretty upset today because I had to cancel my credit card yesterday because of a fraud charge on it so now I'm waiting on a new one. I don't know what this world is coming to. I can remember when a persons word meant something and now a written contract doesn't mean anything.
Sable went to the vet yesterday and she's now on BP meds too, she's on the same one Marcel is on. We're waiting on her labs to come back to see if anything else is going on. We fear her kidneys may be worse. It's sad as they get old they get the same problems we do.

I will work harder to loose this extra weight because I need to and I want to. I will do it ONE DAY AT A TIME.
