Wow I made it though day 3 like a champ, it's always my hardest day !!! My husband is really enjoying it also because I don't want to go out to eat every night and we have eatin a ton of salad !!! I have not gotton on the scale yet but I feel thinner :) Today is going to be a great day !!! :)
