I went back to Phase 1, not sure if I will make it all 9 days because of some events that I have coming up but I think I may be down a pound or two. I am just afraid that once I go back to where I was I will gain that right back. I don't know maybe I should look into the Extreme Fat Smash as I want to lose about 20 pounds but being stuck at the same weight for a month is really discouraging. I eat well, I exercise, I have amped up the walking to jogging, I don't know maybe this isn't the right plan for me. I am down weight from when I started sure, but anyone can lose weight on fruits, veggies and brown rice, then once I started to add a little more and only a little, I don't even eat close to what I am allowed, I hold at the same weight. Anyone looked at the extreme fat smash? I would be interested in how people are doing and maybe I should switch over.

I haven't, but I did have to go back to Phase 1 for same reasons plus some and it has really jump started me again....remember that you still need to drink lots of water and concentrate on eating the right foods...I know how you feel about adding foods, but if maybe you just add once a day that might help. Check out the Extreme FS and let me know what you think...it might help me too!

You've hit the dreaded plateau and it is quite frustrating. Since you've amped up your cardio, perhaps you might want to put some anaerobic exercise into your routine like lifting hand weights? Changing the length of time you exercise? something to re-jigger your exercise routine and shake your body up a little. Hang in there and stay positive!
