holy cow 184% of daily caloric intake yesterday. Was I craving food or what. It's like I was a bottomless pit.
Having a terrible day like this is going to mess up my week if I dwell on it.
Dang it.

it's a done deal, forget about it. tomorrow is another day. I've been in the process of changing my eating life style since May 23 and have lost 20lbs. I had many many bad days but start each day a new and learn from the day before. Try a little exercise, that really does help curbe the appetite. Unfortunately you will have those craving days, it's what you do afterward that's important. good luck, hang in there. don't give up.
