Day 3 of no sleep is starting to set in I have snacked all day, I did'nt stray from the program yet maybe I should take a nap, I really want to go get a piece of cake from the store :(

Fiberone makes a brownie. Its not too bad and it might help curb the urge and need for cake. 90 calories. And with fiber!

When I want something sweet I eat something from the Atkins Edulge. I like their creme cookies, they are like Oreos which I love and they are low carb and have some protein. You need to rest, our bodies need to get recharged. Especially while we are trying to change our lifestyles. Stay encouraged!
