My fitbit came in this week, and I really like their tracking program. So I will probably track my activity and diet there, but will pop in here too, and keep logging my weight. Finally, rather than hovering I'm seeing movement in the right direction.
Yesterday was calorie heavy. Birthdays tend to be that way. Hope all of my FS buddies are well.
