I just have a quick question, does it matter if you fast from say 7pm until mid afternoon the next day or from 2pm until 7-8 am. Will both ways have the same effect on your body as long as it's the same number of hours?

16 hours is 16 hours. mine was from 6pm to 10 am.

Nope!! Do it on your body's time...anything over 12 hours is fasting...no matter what time of day!! Congratulations!! Keep up the great work!!

addie i don't think that you are boring...and it is always sad to loss a pet that is so close to you....we have17 cats all the boys are clipped...we pick up strays, mostly females people abandon. skip a meal if you not hungry or fast from evening supper to lunch the next day...i do it and have a good weight loss from it.
