It's getting alot easier as the days go on. This is actually like day 5 on phase 1 for me.
Lunch: grilled chicken breast, broccoli 115 cal, 4 carbs, 1 fat
Snack: chicken salad 179 cal, 9 carbs, 9 fat
Dinner: turkey lettuce rollups, cucumbers and tomatoes 133 cal, 8 carbs, 1 fat
Total: 974 cal, 30 carbs, 35 fat
