Update on Marcel, his creatine levels dropped a little down to 4.6 was hoping for more. He gained a little over a pound but some might be fluids he got at 6 am this morning but at least half is true weight gain. His fluids have been dropped to once a day if he continues to eat well and feel good in a few days we will go to every other day. We will recheck is values in a couple of months unless he starts to feel bad before then. So he's going in the right direction.
I didn't manage to use the treadmill yesterday but I will today, my ankle feels better today than yesterday. My back is still being a real problem but since I won't be lifting Marcel in and out of my truck for awhile it should improve. I'm going to have to do some thinking about what I'll have for dinner tonight because I had a large lunch since I didn't have breakfast this morning because Marcels appointment was kinda early and it takes about half an hour to get there.
Well that's been my day so far I hope everyone else is having a good day.
I will lose this extra weight because I want to and I need to. I will do it ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!
