This is going to be the hardest thing for me I love food, but I have to do this for not only my health but for my further as well. I'm planning on going into the navy and I'm to heavy right now to get in though that will change I started using this to look for foods to eat when I went out and I already lost one poind though I wasn't tracking my weight or anything at the time now I'm sure that this will help meand I got the app on my I pad to make my life easier though it also means my boyfriend can keep track of my weight gain and loss but hopefully he will work with me through it all and not make it harder on me. I do plan on having a spike day were I get to eat and drink the wrong foods so I don't hurt my diet and it will speed up my metabolism that will be nice and it gives me something to look forward to every week sadly my days of sitting in front of the computer doing schoolwork and playing game is over now its time to get up move and put done the food I usually eat when I'm stressing over school stuff and at a time when I have my normal schoolwork and two projects this should be interesting. Well I think I'm going to head out for my walk then to crash I was up all night doing schoolwork.... On top of this I need to fix my sleep schedule maybe I will finally get it right... Well later
