Tbh I exceeded my calorie limit and enjoyed from Friday till Sunday evening @Samask 😇

I will lose weight in 2-4 days. It’s going up and down currently for me and my focus is not on weight loss anymore because I guess I reached my limit so my focus is only on fat loss while enjoying the journey 😇😇😇

Yes.i got u but I thought it is because water retention after free days.
