was unwell for 2 weeks but wanted to eat the world so not surprisingly a considerable weight gain . it's amazing how fast you can put it on . and how painfully slow it comes off .
110.2 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
