Started creatine monohydrate today. Not planning on doing a loading phase, just 5g a day. Still I’m expecting to see a slight increase in body weight over the next month or so as I start to hold onto some additional water. I’m not too concerned about the number on the scale, especially considering that I will be starting my bulk in the next 2-3 weeks. Just want to make sure my body fat percentage stays in check while I’m bulking.
