slow and steady... i'm still struggling with eating regularly during the day, but getting better with it. i've completely gotten out of the habit of tracking online or in a journal, so that is a goal to return to. exercise has become a regular part of my life now, and i really feel it when i'm away from the gym for too many days in a row. i'm actually a "regular" at my gym now! it's really cool to go in there and have the staff and other "regulars" recognize me and say hello. goals for the next 2 weeks: return to tracking food and exercise drop these last few lbs to break 200! (will be the first time in 7-8 years!)
