workout today: 3 mins Miley - skipping to 'Can't wait to see you again' followed by 10 min 30/30 intervals doing a sequence of: 1. skip 30/ jog 30 2. diamond skips 30/ jog 30 3. high knees 30/jog 30 4. jumping jacks 30/ jog 30 5. jump lunges 30/jog 30 and doing it twice for a total of 10 rounds. next 20 min core circuit and concluded with 6 min cool down.
Housework: washed bedroom floors,2 bath rooms, 2 loads of laundry, vacuumed carpet, stairs.
at work desk 09:50 am steps done this morning: 7449, cals burnt 375
Yesterday managed Jane Fonda workout for 50 mins - work till 19:00 then tutoring Biology (and i have never studied this! so brain workout too!) till 21:30.
Happy with results, arrows going down, Day 2 :) yeah i am out of red and into orange! B'fast at 11:30 am.
