Been working really hard to get off this plateau. Doing some crazy HIIT and strength workouts. Also started doing internal runs of a morning, starting small and working up. Finally seems to be working.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
