72.9 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg. Still to go: 9.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

I just did the same thing haha gained 1.5 in 5 days. It was worth it tho to enjoy the get away. Now it’s time to lock back in, we got this!
