Just came back from a three week vacation in Europe and waited a week to weigh in. Pre vacation weight loss was around 2 pound per week. I lost one pound in the last month, which is good considering vacation - still a bit dampening. Anyway, have been good all week (not counting the ice cream yesterday) and back to the grind!
