Stuck pleauting at the moment. it's a bit frustrating, but I have been working hard at gaining muscle, so I'm trying not to focus on the numbers on the scale too much at the moment. Been stuck around the 80 mark this month, but have seen some definite improvements with my body. Finally got my triceps tightening up and have dropped another notch on my belt.
