Christmas season killed me. Carbs are such an addiction to me. Seriously, I'll keep stuffing my face even after I'm full. And I hate it. I don't even enjoy anything Im eating because as Im eating all I'm thinking is 'omg, you are SO weak'. Only low carbing/ketosis keeps me in check. Here I go again. Day one. Ill weigh myself in the morning for a new starting point.
