week 36 day 2: lots of hip pain yesterday, left 1 hr early from work. Physical therapy after work today. ive been doing physical therapy exercises after school, to help. averaging nearly 10k steps a day- prior to new school year might get 5k on a busy day. I'm pretty wiped out when school is done.
