SO I went Doctors yesterday and 11 kgs down on their scales but I keep my record off mine as that is what I started recording from. Blood tests, urgent referral to the dietician and a green script so I can get in the pool. Went for a hours walk last night once the heat had gone and really enjoyed it :) Feeling ok just still really tired.
